Carrie Frazier Biography:

Ms. Frazier has a Masters degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years’ experience teaching life skills classes for youth in schools and provides parenting and mental health education in community organizations, churches, businesses and corporations. She is an experienced case manager and serves in social service organizations and hospitals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Ms. Frazier is also a licensed psychotherapist, mental health consultant, community service chaplain, author, and public speaker.

Additionally, she has expertise in organizational development, administration, program design, proposal writing, project management, supervision, staff development, and training. For 5 years she served as the Director of First Baptist Church Christian Counseling Services in Pittsburgh, CA and served as the Founder and Executive Director of the Life Transitions Family Wellness Center in Concord, CA for 11 years. She has served as a Case Manager for the EMQ Families First social service agency in Concord, CA for five years.

In 2009 she became the Founder and President of Ruah Community Outreach Ministries, Inc. The faith-based nonprofit organization provides social services to at risk individuals and families of East and Central Contra Costa County. In April of 2013 Ms. Frazier received a Doctorate degree from the University of Phoenix in business management; specializing in Organizational Management in Leadership and for four years served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University.
