By-Laws Summary
Article I – Name and Purpose
The name of this organization shall be the Border 2 Border Club. The purpose of the Club is to foster unity, fellowship, and collaboration across communities through shared activities, outreach, and benevolent service.
- Promotes social, cultural, recreational, and community service activities
- Supports men's health awareness, youth engagement, and community improvement
Article II – Membership
Membership is open to individuals who support the mission, values, and objectives of the Club.
- Prospective members must complete an application and be approved by majority vote
- Members pay dues as set by the Club
- Members have voting rights and participation privileges
- Members may be disciplined or removed for detrimental conduct by two-thirds vote
Article III – Officers
The elected officers of the Club shall consist of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Asset Manager, and Sergeant-at-Arms.
- Officers are elected annually by majority vote
- Serve one-year terms
- Each position has specific duties and responsibilities
Article IV – Meetings
The Club shall hold regular monthly meetings with procedures for special meetings and quorum requirements.
- Regular monthly meetings
- Special meetings may be called with 7 days' notice
- Quorum: 50% of active members
- Actions approved by majority vote unless otherwise specified
