Export Downloads from T25CL Music for PC and Mac
You can add your T25CL Music downloads to iTunes or Windows Media Player directly from the T25CL Music app for PC and Mac.
You can set the T25CL Music app to automatically export all your downloads:
- Open the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the application window.
- Select Preferences and scroll to the "Export Downloads to" section.
- Select iTunes or Windows Media Player.
Tip: For information about exporting music you've downloaded to your computer through your web browser, go to Add Downloaded Music to iTunes or Windows Media Player.
Trouble exporting your music?
Export options for iTunes and/or Windows Media Player only appear if those applications are installed on your computer. If neither application is installed, your downloads save to your default "Downloads" folder.
If you're using a Mac and don't see the option to export to iTunes from the T25CL Music app, exit the app and open iTunes. From iTunes, go to Preferences > Advanced and select the option to Share iTunes library XML with other applications.
If you still can't find music you recently added, try restarting iTunes or Windows Media Player. You may also need to update to the latest version. If you're using an out-of-date version of iTunes or Windows Media Player, files may not export correctly. After you update, try exporting your music again.
Note: T25CL Music for PC and Mac can play back music file types that Windows Media Player does not currently support, so you may be unable to export certain tracks stored on your computer using the T25CL Music app. This isn't an issue for music you've purchased from the Digital Music Store, which is delivered in .MP3 format.
